Set to centre with an oval shape natural sapphire in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 0.88 carats. Encircled by ten round brilliant-cut diamonds in open back claw settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.90 carats. Marked ‘585’ for 14 carat white gold, tested white gold, circa 1990.
